    Cool Fedora 9 no login or notification sound for non root users

    Guys
    Don't know what happened
    I was installing xine from .tar package
    then I found that sounds dissapear for non root users although I am able to play mp3's
    I am not 100% sure that the installation was the problem but may somebody is able to help
    I am usinf FC9
