    my wireless ethernet card is detected as

    i've installed madwifi as well
    #neat
    shows my both ethernet card and i ve assigne the ip for my wireless nic but it doesnt activate
    shows the error message as
    device eth1 does not seem to be present, delaying initialization.
    Please help me out of this

    In order to help you, we need to know what distribution+version of Linux you are running. All we know is that you have posted this to the Red Hat / Fedora forum, but that isn't enough information.
