hi all,

iam installed proxy on Redhat linux Enterprise AS 4. LDAP authen tication is not working.i tested using following .
/usr/lib/squid/squid_ldap_auth -b "ou=xxx,o=xxx" -f "uid=%s" ipaddress_of_ldap machine

it shows error message like this

squid_ldap_auth: ../../../libraries/libldap/search.c:189: ldap_search: Assertion `ld != ((void *)0)' failed.
Aborted

wat may be the problem???????????????????
