Tracking the Linux Task Bar and Tray Icon

    Hi Team,

I have an application which is having TrayIcon. and I am sending some notifications(Baloon Help) to that TrayIcon when some events occured.

But that notifications should be pointed to the TrayIcon always(Like in Linux , It says about software updates).

But If user moves his Taskbar left, right, bottom or down I am not able to Trace where the Taskbar is? and also I need to find out where the TrayIcon got placed (x,y) co-ordinates on the TaskBar so that i will show my notification in that particulat co-ordinate.

Is there any way to Trace where the Linux Taskbar is set. and also the (x,y) co-ordinates of the Icon on the TaskBar?

It is very Urgent Requirement ? Can some body help me to resolve this issue.

    thanks in advance,
    kiran,
    Bangalore.
