DHCP and Symantec Endpoint Protection Antivirus

    Hi

I have configured Linux DHCP server in Redhat linux Enterprise 4. My problem is that it could not assign IP addresses to those windows machines who have symantec endpoint protection while machines which have not symantec can get ip addresses smoothly. I have checked symantec network threats traffic log which indicates that ipv6 is blocked from symantec. I have disabled this rule on symantec manager and also enabled dhcp smart traffic on it but still machines cannot get ip addresses. what is it wrong with this? Is there any extra configuration in linux that it broadcast some other traffic instead of dhcp? Please help me as soon as possible. It is urgent for me?

This is a Symantec issue. Please contact their support department for this.
