    Firewire 1394 Camcoder

    Hello!
I can't find a way to capture video from my DV camcoder ising IEEE 1394 port and Fedora 10. All software I tried (from fedora repos) report thet there is no camcoder found. I've been told they broke firewire stack in F7, but there were 4 Fedora releases since that time, there should be a way other than switching to another distribution and recompiling kernel.
    lsmod|grep 1394 and lsmod|grep fw gave nothing.
    2b|!2b, that is the question

If substraction add to multiplication you will get a division.

GDB has a 'break' feature. Why doesn't it have a 'fix' too?

Ok, modprobe firewire-ohci and firewire-core helped a bit. Thanks!
