how bout something like (replacing my stuff with your paths)
    Code:
    auth_param basic program /usr/lib/squid/ncsa_auth /usr/local/apache2/wwwpass
    auth_param basic children 5
    auth_param basic realm proxy server
    auth_param basic credentialsttl 2 hour

    acl SitesAllowed dstdomain "<path>/SitesAllowed"
    acl password proxy_auth REQUIRED

    http_access allow SitesAllowed
    http_access allow password
    http_access deny all
