[SOLVED] RHEL Server Anti-virus software recommended?
I have a Linux web server hosting my website, and i was wondering if anyone recommends the use of some type of AV software. The server is part of a school districts network, so i'm not sure if its needed...Any comments?

Are you running a mail or file server? Most users do not need antivirus.

If you are sharing files with Windows users or running a mail server, then you may need to run something like Clamav.

no i am strictly using it for hosting a website. And just to be clear...running a mail server is like hosting an email server like Comcast but for a private business?
