i installed Redhat 3 on VirtualBox 3. I am trying to install the Guest Additions to my Redhat. However, i got the following error:

Guest Additions installation problems
Hi All,
i installed Redhat 3 on VirtualBox 3. I am trying to install the Guest Additions to my Redhat. However, i got the following error:
VirtualBox 3.0.0 Guest Additions installation
Please install the build and header files for your current Linux kernel.
The current kernel version is 2.4.21-4.EL
Please install the GNU compiler.
Problems were found which would prevent the Guest Additions from installing.
Please correct these problems and try again.
Could you please advice how to solve this problem?

It sounds like you need to install the development tools for the guest operating system so it can build/install the guest additions that are suitable for it.
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
Just remember, Semper Gumbi - always be flexible!
