ssh bash prompt help
Hi,
I am sort of a newbie, and I can not figure out how to remedy an assumed issue I am having. I have built up a fresh install of Fedora 9, and have added the machine to our domain using some software called Likewise. Everytime I attempt to ssh into either another domain joined linux box or a stand alone linux box I get the jumbled mess of a prompt below:
]30;sauk:michaelsauk:/sauk/michael>
I was wondering if someone could help shine some light on why I'm am experiencing this. Thanks

It looks like there's possibly something wrong with /etc/passwd on that machine. That looks like one of the lines being read out from it. Have you edited the passwd file by hand? Can you post the line for that user back here? (if you don't mind, there won't be a password string anyway).
