Circumventing Fedora 11's over-zealous installation requirements

So, long story short, I have an extra 10gb partition that needs some loving, so I figured I would play around with Fedora on it. For some reason, it seems that the installer requires you to have two partitions for installation. One for the root partition, and one for /boot/. Now, my current partition layout simply does not allow this. Is it possible to force Fedora to install onto this one partition, with /boot located on the same partition as the root?

Yes. Don't let the install choose default layout for partitions. Choose custom and just tell it to install to the preferred partition. Simple as that.
