    x64 Fedora 9 - Odd Bash Prompt

    Hello,

I am experiencing some very odd bash prompt output when sshing into a few *nix machines on my network under a certain user account, from a certain machine. I was wondering if anyone has experienced anything like the below output with x64 Fedora 9 in this situation. I have narrowed down thit it is just the one user account, only happens with SSH not rsh, telnet etc. The machines that have the jumbled prompt are Fedora 8, Suse 10, and Ubuntu 8.04LTS.

I'm not quite sure which file within this distrobution the prompt is being read from either.

Here is the troublesome output: ]30;sauk:michaelsauk:/sauk/michael>

    It should be: sauk:/sauk/michael>

    Thanks

Check the .bashrc file in that uses home dir.
