Hi

I was just wondering what is the significance of adding and removing the hardware address to the eth1, eth2, etc files in the sysconfig.

When do we need add or leave the hardware address as it is? and
When when do we need to remove or comment it?

Explaining this would help me a lot when I have to configure the eth files.
