This is the version of flash: 10.0.32.18
I just paste it into /root/firefox/plugins, is that correct? or I have to put it in some other place?

Was /root/firefox directory already there or you created it yourself?
I don't see any such directory on my computer.
I copied that .so file to /.mozilla/plugins and it is working without any trouble.

I make that directory myself, but there is no /.mozilla/plugins folder...:S
only this ones: (directory) ikjsh8rh.default (file) pluginreg.dat (file) profiles.ini
You are using the firefox bundled with the system (1.5)?

It's ~/.mozilla/plugins ie /.mozilla/plugins in your home directory.
Using latest version of firefox installed using yum.

Didn't find the directory?
Go to /etc/yum.repos.d
and see if update.repo files is there. If it's there, paste it's content here. Which version of fedora?
