    Exclamation Trace user's web surfing & delete large mail sent by the user

    Dear Friend

    I want to know below procedure:

    Please help.

    1) How can I see specific user's web surfing by a single command.

    2) If any user sends big mail in size which has blocked mail exchange within my network, I want to track him out and delete the big mail.
