    Wireless Card Setup, new fedora/linux user

    I recently installed Fedora 11 on a spare computer I have to learn how to use it (would like to get away from windows completely). I'm having a hard time getting my wireless card to work. Its a wireless G card from linksys, I did everything on the Wireless Setup - Start Here thread, and this is my result (sorry if its choppy, I havent DLed Gedit for windows yet, but i tried to tidy it up as much as i could.)

    It looks to me, as if the device is installed and working. Have you tried using the network tool to create a new connection? The device is named wlan0

    Thanks so much for your help on that, I just needed to set it up in the network tool and pick a network, was really simple actually. Thanks again, no its time to figure out this wine tool so i can install some games/applications from my old windows pc
