    repos for Fedora 7

    hi,

i used Fedora 7 and i can't update my application. i think because it's not supported anymore.

so, is there any third party out there that still provides repos for Fedora 7?

i'm also thinking of upgrading my Fedora 7 to a newer version or other distro as options (ubuntu 9, backtrack 4).

but, since i've been using GRUB as the boot loader to dual boot with xp, will there be any problem if i reinstall Fedora7, will xp still be detected by the new installed GRUB?

    Thank you.

Usually when the Fedora devs stop supporting a release, third party repos also do the same because there really is no point in spending energy on releases that have reached their end of life. If you want longer support, go with CentOS or Scientific Linux. Most distros will detect Windows and add it to their bootloader entries.
