    Samba 3 on FC11

Back to linux after several years and am a little lost. Anyway am trying to setup a file server that can be shared with windows and actually as a PDC and its just not working. Here's what I have done:

    installed samba (with initial install)
created user accounts (system and samba)
    edited smb.conf to create shares
    allowed samba thro SELinux
created same user in windows box

Everything seems good. testparm says all well, I can connect by smbclient and list the shares but on the windows side the shares are not listed, I cannot even see the linux box from windows. I can ping from either direction so my network is obviously up. if i enter \\192.168.1.103 from windows it says Windows cannot find that host. Is there something else I need to do on the fedora box? Some firewall thing? Please help. Attached is the smb.conf that I have edited.
