AMD has released their 9.8 driver set, it supports 2.6.29. Does anyone know if its available in the rpmfusion repos (or any repos) yet? Thanks guys....

    Cool The solution!

    Well, you can install 9.8 from the site, but it's a bad idea. It should work, but has install errors. INSTEAD, google fedora 11 fglrx, and click on the first thing... sorry about no link, haven't posted enough...

    just be careful not to update kernel or fglrx without mkinitrd-ing!

    I have a thinkpad, and I'm using integrated graphics, but I'd like to use discrete. It's not that easy for me, because I need to force x.org to reconfigure for a different card, after messing with BIOS...
