    Am halted with a doubt "chroot" command and I googled it. I got about this but I am not able to understand that. So any one plz explain with a example will be appreciated.

    Thumbs up rescue mode

    setting any folder as / for linux.
    for example when your system crash, in rescue mode / mounted on /mnt/sysimage,
    chroot /mnt/sysimage, set /mnt/sysimage as /
    thnks
