    How to assigned a different hostname for each IP that points to the server?

    vi /etc/sysconfig/network is where I have set my hostname. However I have lets say 5 ips pointing to the server, I would like give each ip a unique host name. Possible?

    set up a dhcp server and give them ip.
    There is nothing impossible, for everything is possible; the impossible only takes a bit longer than the possible.

    try to put them on /etc/hosts file..
