    download pkgs from RHN?

    Hi,

Is there any easy method to download securitypatches/bufixes/enhancements from RHN?

yum-downloadonly package will help but we have to collect the list of pkgs from RHN site and then scripting....and then download....

But is there any simpler way we can do this?

    I am using RHEL5.3.

    Thanks in advance.

Why do you need to do this?

I want to create a local mirror in my enviroment. So do that I would like to get pkgs from RHN.

I think "reposync" command (yum-utils package) will help downloading/synchronizing the RHN packages with my local repository.

Please let me know if you have any simpler ideas to get downloaded and deploying on other machines.

    Thanks in advance.

Have you purchased licenses for all of these machines? You need to purchase a red hat proxy license in order to legally do this.
