ethernet driver

hi friend this Kevin
recently I have buy a dell inspiron 1545 lappy
and installed redhat 5.0 in it but it doesn,t find it;s ethernet driver (Marvell Yukon 88E8040 fast ethernet controller) while redhat 5.0 raise ethernet driver itsef.
laptop series is updated while redhat 5.0 is older then it. what to do and how can i get the ethernet driver.

Important clarification:
Is this Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 or Red Hat 5?
Because Red Hat 5 is ancient and no longer supported.(in fact Red Hat 9 was discontinued during 2004!!!!)
On the other hand Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 is the latest version(5.4 to be precise)
and has a recent kernel that should automatically detect every ethernet controller.
I never had issues with the ethernet the last 3 years that I use Linux.
