Exclamation Need Help in Internet Sharing in Redhat Linux

We have a Red hat Linux 8.0 server,Which we use as a Proxy server for Internet sharing and gateway as well.In this Internet is shared in 2 type. One is Restricted sharing(through Squid Proxy) another way is unrestricted sharing (DNS will be given in the user system,so the can have access to all kind of websites and they can download any content). Now we need to restrict the the second one also, but we cannot ask those users, who uses the unrestricted connection,to use the restricted one.Is there any way to restrict the internet usage using the Linux Firewall settings to particular users?or any other way?
    thanks in advance

Just redirect the traffic to your proxy. The use will not have to change any of their settings.
This can be done on a per user if you would like. Read this TUTORIAL for how to do this.
