Setting up a local mail server on Fedora5 using SENDMAIL.

    Hi Folks,
i have fedora5 installed on my machine MACH1, which acts as a linux server for few machines. Its over network and we have a dedicated mail server too which is globally accessible.
I wanted to set up a local mail server on MACH1, so that i shall be able to send/receive mails from all the users as well as to our other global mail server(on internet).

Any help in regarding "how to proceed" is appriciated.

Guys, i found sendmail inbulit in Fedora5 and local mailing too is working...i.e. mails across users using "mail" utility.
But im not able to access our global mail server
The configuration file "sendmail.mc/cf" seems bit tricky ...

    Thanks lakshmipati
i went thru the link, really very exhastive about sendmail.
But actually my requirment is I dont want to get Domain Registered.
I allready have one global Mail server which is serving the purpose.
Actually i wanted to host linux forum on the local linux server and he shall be able to send mails to whoever registers with it...thats it.. i dont want to rcv the reply from them....that forum would only be accessible on our local network(multiple subnets.)
so i dont feel the need for bying any domain...
