SysAid server installation

Hi
Anybody can help me about installation of 'SysAid server Installation' on RHEL4.

I have installed jre6u16.
set there path to usr directory

At the time of tomacat installation when i goes to star tomcat with
./startup.sh
it ask ./catalin.sh
Whin I have attemp this it return some msg
BASDIR enviornment variable is not defined correctly
This enviornment variable is needed to run this program.

Please send the complete installation steps.

Copy and paste the output (of what you see when you attempt to start tomcat) in here so we could get a better sense of the problem.

Also, did you install tomcat with a package manager or did you just download and extracted the binaries from Apache's site?
