Hi all,
I have a system with ip 192.168.0.9(RHEL5.1). I want to make this system as a NTP(network time protocol) server. Can any one tell me the step by step procedure to configure NTP server?

Have you tried to use GOOGLE to search for this? There is really nothing to it. Look at some of the config on line and copy them then start the service.

99% i will depend upon google only. But i didn't found ant Ntp server configuration(SOLVED).

Google search - first link is a RedHat doc about NTP configuration.
If you are (or are working on) a RHCE, you should get familiar with the RedHat documentation and knowledgebase. Every vendor that sells a product provides some level of support and resources.
