Facing difficulties in making setup of internet connection of PTCL Vfone on Linux

Hi,i decided to switch on to linux which is more efficient than windows.I want to make internet connection on Redhat Linux server edition through PTCL Vfone,Huavai set (model ETS2552).I have learned the method from one conversation on this forum.

but still i could'nt make it.Even i could'nt find the specific lines after this command
dmesg -c
At the end when i run this command:
wvdial ptcl
It shows following output on terminal and does nothig.
the serial port device not responding (something like this...).

Please can anyone help me out to solve this problem.Really,i love to use internet on linux.Thanks.

I dont know about any drivers for this.Please tell me complete procedure including all steps(which driver,driver installation method,etc).
