Do you get this error after what seems like a successful installation and reboot?
What other operating systems, if any, do you have on your computer and what are they?
How many hard drives do you have?
Where did you install the bootloader, root partition? master boot record?
Did you have any operating system on the machine before installing Fedora 11?
Also, I would suggest that you start a new thread as it is a different problem than what was originally posted.

I download fedora from this url

and burn in dvd.
i have 3 drive C: D: E: and F: i want to install fedora on f drive.
currently i used windows xp sp2
i have lenovo 3000 Y500 43Q laptop, 512 REM, 1.73 GHz, 80 GB hard Drive.

The most foolproof way to install is to unplug all other drives and install linux onto the desired drive, then configure grub bootloader to boot other drive.

When you refer to C, D, E and F drives, are you talking about actual hard drives or just partitions on one drive? Are you still able to boot xp? When you installed Fedora, I believe it creates a separate boot partition as well as another partition for system files. It should ask you where you want to install the bootloader at the end of the installation. Do you remember what you selected? If you can still boot xp, that means you didn't install Grub bootloader to the master boot record and you will have to configure the machine to boot xp and Fedora from one or the other of the systems. Do you want to boot from Linux Grub or from xp?

The 2 most likely reasons are
1) the downloaded file is bad
2) did not burn the cd correctly, must burn as an iso.image , do not select make a bootable cd. You can not use the XP burn program, must use a 3rd party program.
