vista installation from rhel 5
well i'm in a very awkard situation. i have to install windows vista in 150 machine within 24 hours from 12 hours from now. is there any way i can install in from a redhat server. i know i can do it using PXE but i don't know how???? i know it's crazy but can anybody help.

I don't have experience with windows provisioning, just with redhat/centos via cobbler.
Google came up with these tools:

Microsoft does have an own way, if you have an server 2003 at hand?

Like I said, I have no experience in windows provisioning, but I would start reading
with the links above.
If you run into too much trouble installing the server (ie: it only mentions XP, not vista..)
perhaps a brute force method is possible?
10 guys, each installs 15 machines.
And independent of the outcome of that stunt..
Have a word with the responsible project manager.
There seem to be some misconceptions about time and ressources, that need clearing..

thank you Irithori. thanks a lot. i installed a widndows server and installed from it. maybe i'm next time trying to install from rhel using netboot from rhel 4. will write back if i managed to scrape. thanks a lot.
