How to install Fedora 12 without CD or USB
Hi
I have downloaded Fedora 12. I want to install this OS on a computer which doesnot have CD/DVDROM and also can not boot from USB. This computer is preinstalled with Ubuntu Jaunty.
How can I install Fedora 12 on this computer?

Moreover. I have a 1.8 GB USB. Is it possible to burn this 2.9 GB iso on this 1.8 GB USB (by deleting some extra files)?

Fastest option for installing would be to get the harddisc of that PC and put in another with a DVD drive.
Do the install there, then change the harddisc back.
And no, you cannot trim down 2.9GB to 1.8GB.

Is there a single CD version of Fedora?

I've installed ubuntu from hard disk on a system with linux already installed. It isn't that difficult to configure. I would suggest googling for something like install fedora from hard disk
