cu does not get OK
I'm using redhat EL4 and taylor uucp. I have US Robotics Courier I-modem V.34 ISDN modem.
cu -l /dev/ttyS0 -s 19200 then ATDTxxxxxx works. But cu <uucp system name> goes as far as below:
[premier imcsuper]# cu pg-broo
cu: fcsend: Writing "ATQ0E0T&D2&C1S0=0X4S2=043S67.3=1S58.0=0*V2=3\ r"
cu: icexpect: Looking for 3 "OK\r"
cu: icexpect: Got "ATQ0E0T&D2&C1S0=0X4S2=043S67.3=1S58.0=0*V2=3\ r
Taylor uucp dial file entry (dialer) is as below:
start-----------------
dialer USISDN
chat "" ATQ0E0T&D2&C1S0=0X4S2=043S67.3=1S58.0=0*V2=3\r\c OK\r ATDT\T\r\c Speed
end-------------------
I'm not linux expert but know overall how uucp/cu works. I also apologise if this is not the right question for this forum. If this is the case then please guide me to the correct forum.
Thanks in advance.
