    Welcome to the forums!

Look around in your system BIOS for an option to use PATA or legacy mode rather than SATA and see if that will let you get around this blockage.

    Hope it works.

Which version are you trying to install? RHEL5 will have best hardware support, but it is not a desktop distro like Fedora (which will give you RHEL feel while being more modern).

    Hi and Welcome !

As asked by coopstah13 already, could you tell us which version of RedHat Enterprise are you trying to install?

I cant change my bios settings :S and I dont know how to do that:S
Press Del, F8 or Esc key. Most of BIOS display a message at startup, something like this: 'Press x key to Enter in BIOS'.
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
