Hi and Welcome !
Boot up in Single User mode and execute passwd command. Reset new password.
Highlight RedHat title in GRUB Menu and press 'e'. Select 'kernel' line and press 'e' again. Add <space> single at the end of line and hit 'Enter' key.
Press 'b' and RedHat will boot up in Single User Mode.
