    Unhappy drivers/usb/serial/kl5kusb105.ko undefined! BUILD ERROR

    i have tried to compile and build linux-2.6.30.10 on rhel4 but it gave me following
    error.

    Root device is (8, 17)
    Setup is 12728 bytes (padded to 12800 bytes).
    System is 2201 kB
    CRC 43f2eb05
    Kernel: arch/x86/boot/bzImage is ready (#3)
    Building modules, stage 2.
    MODPOST 676 modules
    ERROR: ".L193" [drivers/usb/serial/kl5kusb105.ko] undefined!
    make[1]: *** [__modpost] Error 1
    make: *** [modules] Error 2

    can anyone guide me to remove the error?

    Looks like you have to wait a little until someone repairs the kernel sources:

    [pnfs] Build error of latest linux kernel

    In case you're very impatient, you may try to build without the device support.
