    hi

    I am a new user of linux and using fedora 8.
    how can i connect to my home wireless network.
    I am able to connect it in MS windows xp os.
    i have inux and MS windows xp in same system.
    so please can any one help me out.

    You should start by installing Fedora 11 or 12. Fedora 8 has long ago reached End Of Life and as such there is no support for it. If you started working on getting wireless to connect with Fedora 8 you would likely run into situations where additional packages need to be installed but there is no software to install. There will be nothing available since the repositories have been closed or archived. You will likely get a lot of dependency errors with yum installer and in the end it just won't be worthwhile.
