Queries on Red Hat Cluster Suite

    Hi All

I am using Red hat cluster suite. I am using it on RHEL 4.7. I have setup 2 nodes in my cluster using RED hat cluster suite. I have following queries. Please answer them.

    1. How many communication channels RHCS uses for heartbeat? Can I use additional ethernet card for additional heartbeat?
    2. In cluster, I added resources and service for those resources. Can I define dependency between resources in the added service? I have added Apache service with resources IP and httpd. I want to define dependency between IP and httpd. Means whenever there is failer, IP must be set first before starting httpd process on other node.
    3. I have my own process "mysesrver". I want to make it high available on this cluster. What should I do? How can I make "mysesrver" process as high available using Red Hat cluster suite?
    4. Which product is best to use for high availablility, Red Hat Cluster suite or Linux-ha? Can anyone explain pros and cons for these two products?
