    wireless help

I recently installed red hat, and i may have gotten in a little bit over my head. I was trying to figure out how to get my wireless working, and I have no idea what to do. I've been messing around in the Network Configuration for awhile and it recognizes my wireless card, i just cant get it to detect any networks. I'm running a Broadcom Corporation BCM94311 wireless card if that makes a difference. Any help for this noob would be appreciated
