    Yum issue on RHEL 5.4

    Hi,
    info:
    OS: RHEL 5.4
    Yum version: yum-3.2.22-20.el5

    Issue is:

    bash-3.2# yum info emacs
    Loaded plugins: rhnplugin, security

    nothing happens and it just stays there?

    What might be the problem?

    are you registered on RHN? I am not sure yum will work otherwise

    yes, i'm through corporate registration - actually a University i'm working at.
    But now i found that it's just immense slow.
