    Does linux have any patch managment software/solution which can distribute the patches to linux and windows clients
    OR
    is it possible that we can deploy the patches from linux to windows machines

    are you talking about how you can remotely patch a system in windows, and you want to do this from a linux machine?

    there is no real reason to distribute patches to linux machines, simply use package manager to update them, if you are worried about bandwidth you could always use a local mirror
