i was installed Redhat linux in windows using sunVM, linux is not mounted the external USB hard disk, it is recognizing CD,DVD and pendrive but not external Harddisk, plz ...

How to mount USB external harddisk in RedhatlinuxEnterprise server5
Hi,
i was installed Redhat linux in windows using sunVM, linux is not mounted the external USB hard disk, it is recognizing CD,DVD and pendrive but not external Harddisk, plz anybody help me..............Bhushan.

If you are using the open source version of VirtualBox I don't think the USB pass-thru is enabled. You need to use the commercial (free use) version, and enable USB pass-thru in the VM settings.
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
