Are you using Gnome or KDE?
If Gnome, you should be able to open up Netwok Manager and configure your network preferences.
If KDE, then it would be KNetworkManager.

In addition to what jayd512 said, make sure you have wpa_supplicant installed too.

Thanks all. How should I install WPA_supplicant. Also what network preferences should I need to configure in Gnome network manager. I knew that I need to change some parameters there but I was not sure what they are. Could you please give me more details.

You should be able to install it with yum:
    Code:
    yum install wpa_supplicant
