    got the answer

my machine is Cent 5.2....so i need to add the commands that were used to create the entire iscsi targets to /etc/rc.local so that these storage files will be created up on the reboot

this is the only option proir to Cent5.3

and in and later Cent/Red 5.3 no need to add like this ,,,,just dump that out put of tgt-admin to /etc/tgt/targets.conf

    #tgt-admin --dump >> /etc/tgt/targets.conf

up on the reboot already created iscsi target will be persisted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
