try to use puppy linux and see if it can see the partition in its file manager

the only other recourse you would have then is a data recovery service
but since it is an extended partition the chance is not very good that they will be able to recover any data.

Mount / partition and check the contents of /etc/fstab file. You can find out partition name in mount line for /home.
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

we canot see /etc/fstab because not boot in to RHEL we must boot on live cd?

Yes. You have to boot up from LiveCD of any Linux distro and mount / partition.
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

you need to run fsck command on partitions with errors to fix problems
