I'm using Radeon 4580 and a Dualcore 2.2Ghz
Works just fine in Windows, but now in linux it seams like i can't get in lagg free

If you haven't done so already, you might try installing the official ATI drivers so that you will get better performance from your video card. Maybe someone that runs an ATI card will step in with more advice for you.oz

Is there no pre-build ATI driver module available from the rpmfusion.org repositories that will work with your video card?

No, AFAIK, the poster is correct. Catalyst doesn't work in Fedora 12.

I would try installing the mesa-dri-drivers-experimental package as suggested.
