How to restrict ssh user to access only single directory using sftp.

Hi All,

I am using RHEL.
I have a group whose users when does ssh login to system a CUI based menu appers.

When i uses any third application for file transfer that user can access the whole file system.

How can I restrict that user to only a single directory?

If any one has the step be step instruction, please let me know.
