    Angry SKYPE 2.1.0.8 Beta Installation

    Hello everyone.

I use SKYPE regularly on my Acer Aspire One with no problems until yesterday.

I turned on my netboot and clicked to sign into SKYPE when it stated it needed to be reinstalled. Not a probem. I go to the SKYPE website and download the new version...2.1.0.8 for Fedora 10...I am running Fedora 7!

I downloaded the new software...uninstalled the old software and restarted.

I then installed the new software and amended the desktop so SKYPE appears in the 'connect' section of my desktop.

When I click to open SKYPE NOTHING happens! Why?
Does anyone have any idea what I need to do in order to get this up and running again!?

    Thanks for any help!!

I've reverted to the previous version (2.1.0.47??). I've had no luck with this latest beta.
    Pete
