uninstall fedora and format hard disk
hi all , i have installed fedora10 and am trying to uninstall it and format my hard disk as i want to install windows , however i am unable to do so , when i try booting with my windows xp cd it merely asks me to prress a key and then displays "checking the system configuration " and the screen then goes blank , nothing happens . I am also unable to go to my root as i can login only as a user , no admin privileges . I want to simply format my hard disk . But i am also unable to boot in command propmt so that i could run the fdisk command , can anyone help and explain what has to be done now ?
