    Both are solid, well-documented MTAs.
    So this is not a good/bad question.

    Postfix might be easier to learn, but there is a saying:
    "You are no sysadmin until you configured sendmail at least once"
    You must always face the curtain with a bow.

    but with sendmail-cf the life is easier, or i am wrong
    what about qmail and exim?

    I have no personal experience with qmail or exim, but they can definitely be used.
    Same reason as above, they have been around for long, are widely used and are therefore mature.

    So it boils down to:
    Try them and see, what you feel most comfortable with.
