I'm currently running Fedora 13 with Gnome 2.30.0. I have no control options to change the login splash and I've tried several utilities (gtweak, control-center-utils, etc.) and nothing seems to work. Does anyone know what I'm missing or any work around.

I've also tried installing some of the GDM themes from the gnome-look website, but after I completed the “make install” portion of the installation nothing appears to have happened.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
